Materials and Quality
Is your jewelry really waterproof?
Yes. Every Luvinae piece is made from stainless steel with an 18K gold PVD coating. You can shower in it, wash your hands in it, and work out in it without taking it off.
Will it tarnish or turn my skin green?
No. PVD coating bonds the gold to the steel, so it will not tarnish, flake, or leave marks on your skin the way cheap plated jewelry does.
What is PVD coating?
PVD stands for Physical Vapor Deposition. It is the same finishing process used by luxury watch brands. Instead of a thin layer of gold that rubs off, the gold is bonded directly to the stainless steel, making it far more durable than standard gold plating.
How do I care for my jewelry?
Luvinae is low maintenance by design. Everyday water, sweat, and soap are no problem. Wipe with a soft cloth now and then, and avoid harsh chemicals like chlorine and strong cleaners when you can.
Ring Sizing
How do I find my ring size?
Measure a ring you already own or use a printable ring sizer. Available sizes are listed on each product page. If you are between sizes, we recommend sizing up.
Orders and Shipping
How much is shipping?
Standard shipping is $8, and it is FREE on all orders of $70 or more. Express shipping is available at checkout for $15.
How long will my order take?
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days, and delivery typically takes 5 to 12 days from there. You will receive tracking as soon as your order ships.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the United States. International shipping is coming soon.
What is your return policy?
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for unworn items in original condition. If anything is wrong with your order, contact us and we will make it right. Full details are on our Refund and Return Policy page.
