Shipping policy
At Luvinae we want your order to arrive quickly, safely, and exactly as expected. Here is what to expect when you order.
PROCESSING TIME All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. Once your order has been processed you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 to 48 hours for tracking to update after you receive it.
UNITED STATES SHIPPING
Standard Shipping: $8.00, FREE on all orders of $70 or more Estimated delivery: 5 to 12 days after processing
Express Shipping: $15.00 Your order receives priority processing and the fastest available carrier for your location.
All US orders ship with tracking.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping is coming soon. Join our email list to be notified when it becomes available in your country.
LOST OR DAMAGED ORDERS If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit please contact us at contact@luvinae.com within 7 days of your expected delivery date. Include your order number and a description of the issue and we will work to resolve it as quickly as possible.
Please note that Luvinae is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier. If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package we recommend checking with neighbors, your local post office, or any secure locations around your property before contacting us.
INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Luvinae is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout. If you notice an error please contact us immediately at contact@luvinae.com. We will do our best to update your address before your order is dispatched but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed.
